This 3.75-hectare site forms an integral part of the character of the local area. The project involves the retention of the original Nightingale Pavilions hospital wards. Some 400 new flats are due to be built, as well as commercial, retail and public realm works.
Azure Fire have been involved in the design and development of the Fire Sprinkler systems & Dry Risers comprising 400 affordable housing units and retail units feeding the heart of the south side of Glasgow.

This is a sensitive development within an historic area of Glasgow and involves the retention and conversion of the iconic Nightingale Wards as well as new contemporary construction. The infrastructure design over 15 blocks will be carried out in phases.
